How to place an order.

You can either phone our Sales Office to place an order over the telephone by calling
+44 03300 582584/07444 726829.

Our Online Catalogue lists all parts that we can supply. Select each item you want to buy, adding them to your shopping cart, then submit your enquiry.

How to pay

We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, Paypal (5% charge), cheque, postal order and cash. If you live in a non-EEC country, please contact us for a pro-forma invoice. This also applies to companies in the Euro zone that are VAT registered.

How to track an order

We usually email our customers individually, around the time of ordering on the stock status of an item, and when you should expect to receive it. The majority of our parcels are despatched using a next day courier service which is completely trackable. We usually include our customers' email address in the despatch details with the courier company, but we are more than happy to track an item, or send you the tracking details upon request.

How to return an item

Goods to be returned must be notified to the Company within seven days of receipt of goods by the Customer, as goods correctly supplied may not be returned to the Company without written agreement. A returns note number must be obtained and the number clearly marked on the outside packaging. Goods so returned must be consigned 'carriage paid' and accompanied by a packing note stating the Company's invoice number and date thereof together with the reason for return. A restocking charge of 15% will be imposed. Any article which has been supplied to special requirements cannot be accepted for credit under any circumstances.
